How do I know if you are available if I haven't picked an exact date/location?

Rocky Mountain Bridal Consultants is a group of qualified professional bridal consultants and event directors. We will do our best to find the right coordinator for you for your event. Sometimes, it does happen that you start out with a floating date, contract with us, and it turns out your first coordinator is committed to another event on the actual date you choose. In this event, we will reassign you as quickly as possible. We do our absolute best to keep you with the originally assigned coordinator & reassigning is a rare occurence.

How do I secure your services and lock in my date with you?

This is easy. Once you have your initial consultation and you review the proposal provided to you by RMBC, all you have to do is sign it and return it back to us with your deposit. Keep in mind, we have many brides & if you are wanting a popular date, don't delay in locking it in to our books as well!

Do you have any payment plans?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 your total contracted wedding fees is due when booking with Rocky Mountain Bridal Consultants. Again, this is non-refundable. If you have selected the "premiere" or "classic" packages, typically payments will be made in 3 installments. A payment plan will be created for you upon signing your contract with your actual due dates based on your event date. If you choose the "month of" package, 1/2 of your contracted wedding fees will be due up front. All final installments for all packages will be due 3 weeks prior to your big event!
